She is survived by: her father Ralph Smith of Seamon; her stepmother Diane Smith of Seamon, Ohio; her sister Margaret Smith of Stearns, Kentucky; her nieces, Chelsea and Josie Smith of Sandy Hook, Kentucky; and her great-niece Josie.
