He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincient Whitt and Idell Leadingham Whitt Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Ison Whitt of Sandy Hook; his brother Elmer Lee Lowe (Michelle) of Lexington; his uncle Lewis Leadingham (Wilma) of Bruin; his aunts, Lois Jernigan, Rose Malone and Jan Lewis; and his cousins, Christopher, Ashley, Jeff, Scott, Lane and Jo.
