She is survived by: her husband Burl Edwin "Ed" Lewis; her daughter Sherry; her son-in-law Allen Lee Howard; her sons, Timothy Milford Lewis and Billy (Tonya Lewis); her sister Linda; her brother-in-law Les Preece of Louisa, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Ashley (Joseph Bowling), Adam (Erin Howard), Zachary (Emily Lewis), Shannon (Travis Barker), Brandon (Jessica Lewis), Natasha (Tyler Pryor), Cameron Lewis, Emma Lewis, Whitney (Casey Cantrell) and Travis Lewis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, church family and many friends.
