It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin Lee Evans of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, born in Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on June 30, 2021, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Lee, Jr., Margie Elam Evans and Willis M. Kelley. He is survived by: his parents, Sheila Dawn Evans of Grayson and Willie H. Kelley of Isonville; his children, Landon Lee and Shaylee Marie; his stepfather John W. Perkins; his siblings, Courtney, Brittney, Cora, Crystal, Tessa, Jamie Wellman, Levi and Kyle; and his grandmother Zella Marie Kelley. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
