He is survived by: his wife Ellen Porter; his close friend Oscar Porter; his children, Mackenzie Corey Porter of Isonville, Melissa Wagoner (Terry) of Isonville, Shelly Newell (Mike) of Sandy Hook, Melinda Mae West of Sandy Hook, Miranda Lauren White (Leslie) of Hazel Green and Megan Porter (Charlie) of Booneville; his siblings, Charles Newt Porter of Sandy Hook and Daisy Mae Porter of Sandy Hook; his niece Katie Wagoner; and his close friend Glen Dale Wagoner. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren.
