He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Blair of Sandy Hook; his children, Brandon Blair (Natasha) of Pikeville, Robert Ratliff (Juliet) of Linville, Shane Blair (Jessica) of Sandy Hook, Kentucky., Conner Blair of Sandy Hook, Kentucky., Selena Blair (Mike Fields) of Dandridge and Hiara Kaukereit (Stephen) of Ashland, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Bryan Blair, Nathaniel Blair, Dakota Blair, Hailey Roe, Katy Blair, Alex Blair, Kairi Pizzichillo, Gage Pizzichillo, Nori Kaukereit, Gryffin Kaukereit and Kenzie Blair.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Whitt & Sons Funeral Home (1260 KY-7, Sandy Hook, KY 41171). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
