She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Collins and Dora Lykins Collins; her children, Linda Joyce Howard Kitchen and Michael Lynn Howard; her grandchildren, Steven Lynn Howard, Lonnie Wayne Howard, Stacy Howard, Debra Fay Howard Bellin and Donna Sue Kitchen Miller; her siblings, Clayton Collins, Della Collins Cassity, Reva Collins Lewis and Marlene Collins Clevenger; and her husband Linville Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Racy Blain Howard (Sondra) of Springfield, Rodney Dean Howard (Barbara) of Sandy Hook and Angela Gail Pendergrass of Morehead; her grandchildren, Tracy Donald Kitchen (Sandra) of Sandy Hook, Kimberly Joyce Kitchen Powers of Sandy Hook, Stephanie Jane Howard Adkins (Randy) of Sandy Hook, James Galen Kitchen (Lisa) of Wittensville, Emily Janice Howard of Lexington, Samuel Houston Howard of Lexington, Esther Nichole Howard Benitz (Nicolas) of Paris and Brittany Danielle Easterling Cameron of Olive Hill; her brother Alden Collins (Naomi) of West Liberty; and her children-in-law, Donald Willis Kitchen of Sandy Hook and Glenda Easterling Howard of West Liberty. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
