He was predeceased by: his parents, Naomi Goodman Hull and John Henry Stevens; and his brothers, John David Stevens, Johnny Ray Stevens and Jeff Parsons.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lisa Stevens, Gayle Parsons, Diane Rowe of Sandy Hook, Carol Cassity of West Liberty, Sherry Campbell of West Liberty, Amy Adkins of Sandy Hook and Carla Parsons of Xenia. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home for final expenses.
