He is survived by: his wife Vicia Elizabeth Skaggs Simmons; his children, Krista Lynn (Jim Engle), Timothy Milton Simmons (Maudie), Rodney Keith (Angela Simmons) and Elizabeth Renee' (Les Viars); his siblings, Jean Simmons of Mansfield, Leo (Delma Simmons) and Fannin of Sandy Hook, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Megan (Sarah Simmons) of Sandy Hook, Kentucky., Andrew (Stephany Simmons) of Sandy Hook, Kentucky., Zach (Desteny Skaggs) of Sandy Hook, Kentucky., Arianna (Donovan Sloas) of Sandy Hook, Kentucky., Caleb (Kaleigh Skaggs) of Sandy Hook, Kentucky. and Anna Skaggs of Sandy Hook, Kentucky.; and his pet Payton. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, family and friends.
