He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Turner and Dora Turner; his sister Jennifer Turner; and his grandchild Rykon Turner. He is survived by: his children, Zackary Turner of Sandy Hook, Wilson Turner of Sandy Hook and Alisophia Gibbs of Sandy Hook; and his siblings, Jeff Rucker of West Liberty, Edward Rucker of Sandy Hook, Johnny Dale Rucker of Ashland, Cindy Prewitt (Jamie) of Sandy Hook and Kathy Smith (Billy) of West Liberty.
Covid 19 mandates will be observed, masks and social distancing is asked to be acknowledged.
