She is survived by: her husband Isaac Smith of Sandy Hook; her sons, Matt Smith of Sheraton, Adam Smith "Ashley" of Sandy Hook, Joe Smith "Brandi" of Prestonsburg and Andy Smith of Morehead; her brothers, Bobby Lewis "Mollie" of Sandy Hook and Arthur Lewis "Connie" of Richmond; and her grandchildren, Jordan, Aliyah, Lauryn, Elizabeth, Rebeccah, Daniel and Bentley.
