She is survived by: her husband Joseph Moore of Carrollton, Kentucky; her children, Breahna McCulley (Alexander Zapp) of Hanover, Kelsey McCulley (Thomas Chadwell) of Hanover, Indiana and Arther Van Wolf Moore of Milton, Kentucky; her stepchildren, Dee Dee Moore and Nazareth Moore of Carrollton, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Natalie Chadwell, Kingston Zapp, Arianna Zapp, Bentley Chadwell, Steven Chadwell and Symphony Zapp; and her siblings, Diana Shaffer, Delmar Fox, Rodney Fox, Jacob Fox, Devan Mattingly, Dale Shaffer, Kenny Shaffer, Ernest Shaffer and Freddy Shaffer.
