She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonzie Norris and Stella Marie Clark Norris; her husband Freddie Newton; her grandson Joey Newton; and her siblings, Margaret, Harold and Robert Norris.
She is survived by: her sons, Chris Newton (Belinda) of Balltown and Hal Newton (Cathy) of Balltown; and her brother Nellis Norris (Joyce) of Balltown. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
