It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Douglas Caldwell of Sanders, Kentucky, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John E. Army; and his brothers, Eugene Caldwell, Walter B. Caldwell and Wayne Caldwell. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Crawford of Sanders; his sister Wanda Caldwell; his grandchildren, Shelby Crawford and Tori Crawford; and his great grandchild Wyatt Crawford.
