He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Warfield and Carrie Traylor Warfield; and his brothers, Buddy, Billy, Ralph, Elwood, Walter and Bobby Warfield.
He is survived by: his close friend Barbara Couch; his stepsons, John Dolby, Jr., Chris Dolby and James "Cricket" Dolby; his goddaughter Shelley Savage; and his close friend Todd Adams.
Burial will be in the Beechwood Cemetery and memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
