He is survived by: his wife Sue Ellen Howard; his daughters, Vickie Howard of Salyersville and Jacqueline (Daniel Orme) of Mt; his siblings, Nathan Howard of Green Up, Larry Howard of Salyersville, Linvel Howard of Salyersville, Gregory Howard of Salyersville, Monteza Lykins of West Liberty, Margarita Arnett of Stanton and Linda Flynt of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Victoria Rachell Wilson, Heather Ratliff and Caitlyn Stanley. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
