He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Arnett and Merle Henry Arnett; his son Dwayne Arnett; his siblings, Aaron Arnett, Janet Sue Howard and Mary Francis Arnett; and his grandsons, Matthew Moore and Michael Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Lavern Dingus Arnett; his children, Ellery W. Arnett (Connie) of Salyersville, Timothy Pernell Arnett of West Liberty, Ralph Anthony Arnett (Dawn) of Salyersville, Lillian Michelle Christopher (James) of Salyersville and Rachael M. Fraley (Larry) of Sandy Hook; and his sister Linda Nell Arnett of Salyersville. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, and eighteen great grandchildren.
