It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Arnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, born in Coldwater, Michigan, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenton Rowe and Dixie Howard Adams; her son Gratz Max Arnett; her great grandchildren, Autumn Stambaugh and Wynter Stambaugh; and her siblings, Paul Rowe, Jerry Rowe, Larry "Butch" Rowe, Gregory "Little One" Rowe, J. B. Adams, Harold Gene Adams, Rose Marie Jordan, Peggy Jean Rowe, Jeanette Rowe and Juanita Cole.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Fred Arnett; her children, Fred Arnett (Melissa) of Salyersville and Paula Blevins (Billy) of Salyersville; her siblings, Barbara Sue Salyers of Salyersville, Darlene Holland of Salyersville and Billy Charles Rowe of Salyersville; her grandchildren, Paulina Stambaugh (Mikie), Peyton Arnett (Asha) and Anthony Blevins; and her great grandchildren, Sophie Saylor, Willow Caldwell, Waylon Stambaugh, Stormi Stambaugh and Ashlyn Arnett.
