She was predeceased by: her parents, Issac Ross and Gracie Lee Nester Ross; her former husband Jimmy Collins; her husband Henry Cole; her daughter Evalee Collins Nickels; and her siblings, Roy Jr. (Ross), Howardie Joseph Ross, Willie Lee Ross, Cleveland Ross, Mary Ann Ross and Daisy Kelly.
She is survived by: her son Tommy Nester; and her sister Elsie Risner. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
