She is survived by: her children, David Perkins of Salyersville, Robert Perkins (Laura) of Salyersville, Elmer Jr. Perkins of Salyersville, Debbie Perkins of West Liberty and Mary Cole of Salyersville. She is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
