She is survived by: her sons, Steven Craig (Crystal Tackett) of Salyersville and Matthew Lynn (Ashley Tackett) of Salyersville; her siblings, Greg Porter of Salyersville, Racine Patrick of Oil Springs and Glenda Conley of Salyersville; and her grandsons, Logan Tackett, Trenton Tackett, Mason Tackett, Steven Connor Tackett and Gavin Tackett.
