He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Mary Lemaster Romans; and his brother Scotty Conley. He is survived by: his father Harold Romans (Lucille); his daughter Johnna Romans of Salyersville; and his siblings, Richard Romans of Indiana, Wendall Romans (Tina) of West Liberty, Tony Conley (Tabby) of Grassy Creek, Judy Cantrell (Jimmy) of Hartford and Misty Zabolski (Eric) of Somerset, Kentucky..
