He is survived by: his wife Helen Pennington; his sons, Brian Keith Pennington of Salyersville and Steven Paul Pennington of Indianapolis; his siblings, Keith Pennington of Oil Springs, Jack Pennington of Oil Springs, Mary Tackett of Xenia, Bobbie Sue Conley of Springfield and Betty Lemaster of Cambridge; and his stepsister Fay Price of Dayton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
