He is survived by: his parents, Eddie Collins and Leanna Jones Collins; his children, Chaseton Collins of Lexington, Whitley Collins Arnett (Shane) of Winchester and Jahlyn Collins of Lexington; and his sister Stacy Wheeler (Scott) of Salyersville. He is also survived by two grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
