He was predeceased by: his parents, Ocie Bentley and Myrtle Ritchie Bentley; and his sister Arvenia Welch. He is survived by: his wife Mattie Patrick Bentley; his children, Troy Bentley of Salyersville, Tim Bentley (Michelle) of Salyersville and Kim Bentley (Jeff) of Ashland; his sisters, Eva Trent of Ohio, Marvella Bowles of Ohio and Deanna Roberts of Alabama; his grandchildren, Megan Horton, Jarod Nicely, Tyler Bentley, Quentin Bentley, Kelsey Swafford, Ashleigh Bentley and Jessica Strange; and his close friends, Peppy, Ollie and Pokey. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
Family has requested, in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Theron Bentley Memorial Fund at the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
