He was predeceased by: his parent Larue; his sisters, Janice Sue Freeze (Edward) and Hedy Blanton; and his brother-in-law Fred Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Callie Ann Terry Rowe; his children, Thomas Wayne Rowe (Krista) of Salyersville and Teresa Ann Reed (Keith) of Salyersville; his sister Annabella Rowe of Willard; his grandchildren, Trenton Reed (Alexis), Evan Wayne Reed, Emma Elizabeth Rowe and John Thomas Rowe; his great grandchild Hayzton Keith Reed; his siblings-in-law, Wilfred Terry, Matthew Terry, James Blanton and Pauline Smith (Tony); and his cousin Shawn Johnson (Dairy Queen Buddies). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
