He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ellis and Viola Jones Turner. He is survived by: his wife Alice Prater Turner; his children, Anthony Lee Turner (Nikki) of Salyersville and Rhonda Michelle Turner of Owenton; his sister Rose Mary Rice of Cincinnati; and his grandchildren, Matthew Kyle Turner, Brady Lee Turner, Evan Mitchell Bramblett and Coby Reid Bramblett.
