He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Marshall and Mary Rosa Minix Marshall; and his siblings, Darrell Marshall and Danette Patton. He is survived by: his former wife Sylvia Joseph; and his siblings, Carol Davis of Lincoln County, Julene Holliday of Stanton and Terry Marshall of Knox Indiana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
