He is survived by: his wife Lori Bussey Cantrell; his children, Scotty Cantrell of Salyersville, Eddie Brian Cantrell of Salyersville and Hanna (Job Patrick); his sisters, Jackie Howard of Salyersville, Wanda Howard of Salyersville, Sheila Patrick of Salyersville and Linda Cantrell Radmore of Canada; and his grandchildren, Easton Scott Cantrell, Aubree Grace Cantrell, Hadlee Kate Patrick and Millie Grace Patrick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
