He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hembree Harbin; his children, Shane Harbin of Winfield, Jamie Harbin Whitwarth of Leavenworth, Kim Harbin Townsley of Winfield and Amy Harbin of Winfield; his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Solomon of Salyersville and Tina Hembree of Louisville; and his sister Margaret Drummond of Tuscaloosa. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
