She was predeceased by: her siblings, David Howard and Denise McCarty. She is survived by: her parents, Henry Bailey and Juanita Mullins Howard (Farley); her daughter Laken Blanton (Bobby) of Salyersville; her siblings, Daniel Howard of Louisa, Brian Bailey of Salyersville, Sherry Powers of Salyersville and Deana Rowe of Lexington; and her granddaughter Fallon Leann Blanton.
