He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Melvin, Marie "Bill" Risner, Howard Hannah, Dave, Wilma Patrick, Ollie and Wonnie Bailey.
He is survived by: his parents, A. J. Risner (Gwen) and Kathy Patrick Bailey (Ollie); his sisters, Amber Clinkner (Jeff) of Lancing and Tiffany Cole (Josh) of Salyersville; his nephews, Chase and Gage; his niece Kendall Brooke; and his grandmother Linda Hannah. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Maska and social distancing are required.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions in honor of Stephen J. Risner, made to the Water to Wine Food Pantry, 508 Middle Fork Suite- B, Salyersville, Kentucky, 41465.
