It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stella Hager Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, born in East Lynn, West Virginia, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Hager and Mittie Scott Hager; her husband Adam "Babe" Howard; her children, Randall Howard and Sandra Kay Miller; and her siblings, Jennings Hager, James Hager, Travis Hager and Ennis Marie Maynard.
She is survived by: her children, Oliver Dwayne Howard of Salyersville, Travis Howard of Salyersville, Billy Ray Howard of Salyersville, Donal Ray Howard of Morehead, Linda Howard of Salyersville, Donna Helton of Hillsboro and Anna Marie Jenkins of Hillsboro. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.
