It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Staci Arnett Minix of Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Neal and Betty Ruth Montgomery Arnett; and her mother-in-law Viola Howard Minix Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Steve Minix; her daughter Laci Neal Minix of Salyersville; her siblings, Neal Arnett (Paula) of Salyersville and Kim Higgins (Brett) of Georgetown; her father-in-law Kenneth Minix (Sally) of Salyersville; her siblings-in-law, Nick Minix (Annette) of Ashland, Melissa "Missy" Conn (David) of West Liberty and Vietta Minix of Woodburn; her cousin Lisa Montgomery-Cheek; and her close friends, Rachael Arnett Fraley, Twilla Barnett Blanton and Avavan Deaton. She is also survived by five nieces, one nephew.
