She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocky Conley and Irene Cooper Conley; and her siblings, Harold, Hilda, Curt and Phyllis.
She is survived by: her sons, David F. Spurlock II and Little Dave; her grandsons, Evan Spurlock and Trey Spurlock; and her nieces and nephews, Lisa Borders, Terisa, Marsha Conley, Jana Adams, Mike Conley, Jerry Holbrook and Glenn Holbrook.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Salyersville First Baptist Church in Shirley's memory.
