It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Allen of Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 5, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Allen and Rose Reed Allen. He is also survived by cousins, and friends.
