With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ellen Bailey of Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 10, 2020 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Ellen Bailey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Bailey and Dora Miller Bailey; her husband Arthur Bailey; her stepmother Lexie Bailey; and her siblings, Douglas Bailey, Brook Whitt, Leola Cole and Fayetta Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Patrick (Morris) of Salyersville; her siblings, Tucker Bailey of Stanton, Darrell Bailey of Memphis, Pency Young of Russell and Laveda Law of Boon; her grandchildren, Brent Patrick, Brad Patrick (Rachael) and Breann Patrick (Justin); and her great grandchild Alec Mason Patrick.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, masks and social distancing are required.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested that contributions can be made in honor of Ruth Ellen "Tootsie" Bailey, to the Prater Memorial United Methodist Church or a charitable organization of your choice.
