He is survived by: his siblings, Morris Gamble (Janet) of Salyersville, Johnny Gamble (Beneeda) of Salyersville, Lovella Howard of Salyersville, Pauline Bolen of Salyersville, Nettie Gamble of Salyersville, Rita Faye Gamble of Salyersville and Benita Gay Caudill (Sam) of Salyersville; and his caregiver Virginia Blair.
