He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Marshall and Pearlie Marshall; his wife Loretta Church Marshall; his daughter Charlotte Blanton Marshall; his stepchildren, Trish Moran and Johnny Matthews; his siblings, Sunny Marshall, Jessie Marshall, Earl Marshall, Eva Lee Salyer, Lora B. Marshall and Patsy Smitten; and his grandson Tomas James Blanton.
He is survived by: his son Terry Marshall of Salyersville; his stepson Dave Matthews of Michigan; his daughter Lora Marshall of Salyersville; and his siblings, Ryleigh Marshall of Michigan and Emogene Push of Michigan. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren.
