He is survived by: his wife Barbara Witlow Puckett; his children, Mark Puckett, Tim Puckett, Dean Puckett and Tutti Lykins; his great grandchild Brandon Rowe; his siblings, Leonard Puckett, Price Puckett, Donnie Puckett, Magnog Puckett, Jeneva Puckett and Margaret Workman; his children, Ronald Puckett Jr. (Donna) of St. Petersburg and Barbara Jordan (Greg) of Salyersville; and his siblings, George Puckett of Salyersville, Charles Puckett of Salyersville, Lester Puckett of Salyersville, Jimmy Puckett of Salyersville, Earl Puckett of Salyersville, Phillip Puckett of Salyersville, Johnnie Puckett of Salyersville, Dorothy Conley of Salyersville, Shirley Brown of Salyersville, Francis Puckett of Salyersville and Cathy Layne of Indiana. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
