Sterling and Melanie Combs (Gary) of Oil Springs; his brothers, Wendall Minix (Sheila) of Salyersville and Mark Minix (Jennifer) of Salyersville; his grandchildren, Jillian Danielle Bailey, Ethan Kyle McCune, Cameron Isabella Ward (Stephen), Luke Strawder McCune, Adam Nicholas McCune, Aiden Gabriel Holbrook, Tyler Scott Combs (Jerrica) and Austin Blake Combs; his great grandchildren, Piper, Jaycee, Nash, Jensen, Ridge, Waverly, Jaxon, Jagger and Harper; the mother of his children Jackie Minix; and his cousin Terry Salyer.
