He is survived by: his wife Helen Roark Conley; his daughter Vonetta Hazlette (Scott); his siblings, Wesley Conley of Salyersville, Delbert "Bimbo" Conley of River Rouge, Betty Lou Howard of Salyersville, Wanda Kay Letorneau of Lewiston, Brenda G. Hillman of Salyersville and Dora Marie Hollobaugh of Salyersville; his grandsons, Robert Scott Hazelette and Phillip Andrew Hazellette; and his sister Della "Kitty" Bleeker.
