He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Arnett and Elsie Fletcher Arnett. He is survived by: his brother Ernest Ray Arnett of Indiana; his uncle Ricky Fletcher of Salyersville; and his aunt Mollie Combs of Salyersville.
