He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Ratliff and Eliza Maggard Ratliff; his siblings, Michael Ratliff and Shirley Brock; his nephew Freddie Clark; his niece Christina Surplock; his granddaughter Isabelle Ratliff; and his brother-in-law Michael "Bubbo" Fitzpatrick.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Fitzpatrick Ratliff; his children, Jacklyn Breann Fields (Coty) of Salyersville, Dustin Bower (Heather) of Hamilton, Steven Ratliff of Florence and Mickey Ratliff of Hamilton; his stepdaughter Miranda Masters of Ohio; his sisters, Lou Clark of Winchester, Charlotte Garrett of Hamilton, Brenda Clark of Hamilton and Vera Robertson of Hamilton; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Jones, Annabelle Ratliff, Elias Ratliff, Israyah Ratliff, Evodie Ratliff, Lanae Ratliff, Tatum Bower, Maverick Bower, Leighton Bower, Alexus Bower, Emma Shelton and Aubrey Shelton.
