She was predeceased by: her parents, William Keeton and Daisy Perkins Keeton; her husband Charles "Sunny" Howard; and her siblings, Jack Gipson, Louanna Fletcher, Lucy Nickels, Helen Ross, Goldie Gipson, Vicie McClain and Mary K. Stacey.
She is survived by: her siblings, Steve Keeton of Salyersville and Mae Barker of Morehead. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
