He is survived by: his wife Leatrice Patrick Minix; his son Joshua Minix (Tracie Coffey) of Salyersville; his siblings, Edward Minix, Jr. (Reginia) of Salyersville, Samuel Joseph Minix (Melissa) of Salyersville, Matthew Allen Minix (Surrina) of Salyersville, Gregory Lee Minix (Mary) of Salyersville, Adam Curtis Minix (Miranda) of Salyersville, Jamie Dwight Minx (Alisha) of Salyersville, Chadwick Neil Minix (Jerica) of Salyersville, Lydia Colvin of Salyersville, Rebecca Jo Bolen (Jeff) of Salyersville and Tina Prater (Ricky) of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Graysen Randy Minix and Hayslee Janel Minix. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
