She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Mullins and Nora Joseph Mullins; her husband Billy R. Joseph; her son Harry Holbrook; and her great grandchild Madison Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Wayne Holbrook (Denise) of Fleming County, William Randy Joseph (Teresa) of Salyersville, Diane Holbrook Phipps of West Liberty and Billie Allen (Terry) of Royalton; her siblings, John Mullins (Sandy) of Pennsylvania, Kathy Frederick of Morehead and Deborah Howard (J. D.) of Salyersville; and her grandchildren, Samantha Allen Trout, Matthew Holbrook, Joshua Phipps, Joseph Holbrook, Brandon Holbrook, Ryan Phipps and William Allen. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Licking River Baptist Church (5331 S River Rd, Salyersville, KY 41465). A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Joseph Cemetery.
