It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Priscilla Jean Allen Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, born in Fort Knox, Kentucky, who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Allen and Maggie Rowe Allen; and her son Lonnie Eugene Howard. She is survived by: her husband Christopher Charles Howard; her daughter Cheyenne Nichole Howard of Paintsville; and her siblings, Robert Eugene Allen of Lexington, Willie Gene Allen of Indiana, Gene Autry Allen, Sr. of Lexington, James Allen of Ohio, Ronnie Gustafsom of Las Vegas, Kathy Sue Allen of Salyersville, Roxie Howard of Salyersville, Debbie Joseph of Salyersville and Helen Fairchild of Texas. She is also survived by four nephews and one niece.
