She is survived by: her husband Hassel "Hass" Gullett; her son-in-law Carl Collins; her siblings, Troy Tackett, Lorine Cheek and Lillian Howard; and her children, Sherry Jean Collins of Salyersville, Larry Dean Gullett (Misty Patrick) of Salyersville, Garry Lynn "Jaws" Gullett (Pamela Jean Bach) of Salyersville, Ronald Patton Gullett (Kellie Goble) of Salyersville and Tommy Dwayne Gullett of Salyersville. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, a host of family and friends.
