She is survived by: her husband Charles Marshall; her children, Damien Trusty (Brandy) of Salyersville and Kristen Howard (Todd) of Salyersville; her siblings, Hearl Prater (Leona) of Jackson, Larry Prater of Jackson, Kathy Cole of Prestonsburg, Bonnie Strong (Snapper) of Jackson, Malvadean Montgomery of Salyersville and Juanita Prater of Jackson; her grandchildren, Rylan Howard, Phyllis Trusty, Heath Trusty and Kynzlee Howard; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Trusty, Magnolia Trusty and Harleigh Trusty; her aunt Bernice Campbell of Lexington; and her sister Sandy Lovely.
